As I recently updated, I had no real interest in the purchase of the Apple iPhone, but I think (like everyone else) that I can see what all the hoo-ha about.
The construction and design of the phone is typical of Apple in general - elegant, chic and free of unnecessary extras that would have spoiled the designer of hard work.
After playing with much-vaunted user interface (UI), I can say with some conviction that the various positive comments that are totally deserved. Apple has transformed basic user interfaces in the same way they have transformed the portable music player iPod with the return in 2001, and the speed of the user interface will shame many other manufacturers and if it does not, he expected. There is no discrepancy, glitches or slowdown of the evidence, which is highly commendable. Hopefully this is a foretaste of things to come.
After the heyday doubt that, while descending. The performance of the camera is for the price, frankly, very disappointing. Only 2MP and the absence of parameters (flash, video or otherwise) is below average in the current mobile market, and while the performance is okay features used are far too soft for a chance to s' register among the major of industry.
The messaging functions also leave much to be desired. It is not possible to send a message to multiple recipients at the same time because of some bizarre elbow in the firmware and photo messaging has also been left out. Without these 2 options the iPhone is likely to be out of date in terms of functionality as soon as it was released. Certainly a concern for a society supposed to be on the cutting edge.

The question, unable to send messages to multiple recipients does now seem to have been solved with a firmware update from Apple, but it should have been since the beginning, however.
As rightly expects, music features are commendable. Using Apple's new 'Cover Flow "music browser, it is a dream to work with and can not be faulted, simple as that. With integrated Wi-Fi may be purchased from the iTunes whenever a suitable connection is available, but the lack of 3G only hampers its effectiveness - another glaring omission.
In conclusion, Apple iPhone is a mobile phone above the average of which is the key point of sale remarkably simple interface, but the limitations offered by the limited functionality of messaging and camera not spoil the experience somewhat. Worse yet is the purchase of limitations which mean to get an iPhone, you must subscribe to a 18 month contract, careful selection of 2 rates (1 single network) and also at the table for £ 269 telephone itself.
Like many of the use the phone is undoubtedly these constraints mean that my decision to go elsewhere, was justified. It is a great gadget, but not quite the all-conquering multimedia experience that Apple would have us believe, but you try it and the other to see if it appeals to you because it has so many others. Worth looking out for well be the next iPhone that the release of its sure to have given more time for Apple to modify menus and add other goodies.
